Three bedroom house in Hanover

Looking for two girls to join me in this house which I’ve recently renovated (and still acquiring furniture and stuff for the walls).
Both bedrooms are double bedrooms and unfurnished. Green bedroom is bigger than the lilac one, hence the price difference. New carpets and plug sockets in both. Rest of the place is furnished.
Big bathroom with a toilet and also a separate WC.
Big lounge/diner with a callisthenics set up💪 Gonna get a piano too.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Garden exists and has a fig tree that grows figs.
Situated in Hanover so super close to town. Less than 15 mins to Brighton station, the seafront and Queen’s Park.
Bills not included. Dependant on how much we use. Probs £70-90 per person per month.
Council tax band C.

I’m a student with quite a flexible schedule so I’m in and out of the house each day. Things I like doing: bike rides, swimming, sauna, playing footy, beach (when it’s warmer), walking/running, the Downs, going for coffee, reading, yapping. I like making nice meals with lots of veg.

I live with Paddy who is 27 and works out of the house 9-5 Mon-Fri. We are friends from footy and he is a keen runner.
