The room itself is very cozy. The reason it's probably one of the cheapest in Brighton & Hove is because the 3 bed apartment was made into a 4 bed, so the fixed rent was divisible by 4 instead of 3. The room is somewhat small but I have raised the bed by 2 feet to create loads of space underneath for storage. I have also added a DIY shelf across the cupboard and over to the door. The bedroom comes full furnished as I'm leaving the country! So this includes the bed, the desk, the bedside lamp, the bedside drawers and even the TV if you fancy it for £20 or something.

The other housemates are really nice and if you're interested we have found the best way to get a sense of a potential housemate is to go for a quick drink at the nextdoor pub.

Bills arent included but they work out very average.
