We’ve got a large double room coming up in our flat share in Brighton, just a 2-minute walk from Brighton railway station.

The location is honestly ideal — right by the station and The Lanes, but tucked away enough that it’s not noisy or overly busy. The beach is about a 20–25 minute walk, and there are loads of great pubs, cafés and shops on the doorstep.

The Room
• Large double bedroom
• £800 per month
• All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax & broadband)
• Available from around 2nd April 2026

(Deposit TBC – as we’ve already paid ours, this will depend on how the landlord handles the changeover.)

The flat
• 4-bedroom maisonette
• 1 shared bathroom between 3 (the 4th bedroom has an en-suite)
• Spacious front room

About Us

You’ll be living with 3 male professionals (27–28). We’ve all been mates for around 10 years, so it’s a relaxed and friendly household.

We’re sociable but not chaotic — into:
• Pub trips
• Gigs & music festivals
• Watching football, darts &other sport
• The occasional house hang

We’re all working professionals (2 graphic designers, 1 in logistics), so weekdays are fairly normal working hours.
