Shared kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, lovely garden.



All bills included, covering gas, electricity, water, and WiFi. Council Tax TBC depending on your circumstances.

The room is furnished with:

- Double bed (bedding available if required)

- Desk, small set of drawers, chair and desk lamp

- Full length mirror

- Clothing rail, drawers and shelving

Our home is in a quiet area, super close to Preston Park station for train travel to London and beyond, or into Brighton town centre. Regular buses into town/the beach from Dyke Road or Preston Road, hire a cycle nearby or enjoy the walk. Preston Park is at the end of the road, with Sainsburys or Tesco a short walk away. 



Available for a short term or longer term let, with 4 week deposit and references please.

Tenancy agreement provided. 



Would suit student or working professional who enjoys a family environment (teenagers, not young children!).
