Hi, I’m subletting my fully furnished room over the summer from June to 7th September in a quiet and tidy four person house in BN2 4PN.
Rent is £650 per month with all bills included.
If secured by April, I’m happy to reduce this to £600 per month.

There are four clean and respectful housemates.
It is a very quiet environment and ideal for studying or working.
There is a washing machine and a garden.
The house has two fridges, two toilets and one shower.
There are good bus connections into town and to the University.
The room is fully furnished and will be ready to move in from June.
This would suit a student on placement, a summer intern, or anyone needing short term accommodation in Brighton.
