Rent is £600 per month with all bills included. (£515 rent + £85 bills package) + one time secuirty deposit of £594 (You will get this back at the end of the tenancy)
The available room is the first room shown in the video.
About the house:
There are four clean and respectful housemates (will probably be gone in summer, so you'll have a quiet house)
It is a very quiet environment and ideal for studying or working.
There is a washing machine and a garden.
The house has two fridges, two toilets and one shower.
There are good bus connections into town and to the University.
The room is fully furnished and will be ready to move in from June.
