I'm a full time professional looking for the same to replace my flat mate who is moving on. Would suit somebody who appreciates thier own space but also likes grabbing a pint or chilling in the living room every now and then.
Bit about me, i'm into cycling, watching football on the weekends and going to the climbing gym when i get the chance.

This is a double room in a modern split level flat on Western Road. It has great access to town centre, the beach, bus links and is a 15 min walk to the Station.
The Flat comes with washing machine, a dish washer and is only 10 or so years old so no worries about mold or cold. It also has a small shared yard area. There are steps to enter so limited accessibilty.
Rent is 750 a month with bills ~200 on top of that. Council Tax Band B.
