My good friend is moving out some time to be agreed between now and the 3rd April.
The room is huge, and gets the morning sun.
We are located seconds from Seven Dials roundabout, in the Montpelier Conservation area, near too many cafes, train station and a 15min walk from just about anywhere in town/ seafront.
The flat is well maintained, and we have a lovely big patio area I’m trying to do up. Come and join in!
I work from home mostly, for the NHS, and am out and about in the community quite a lot.
I’m looking for someone kind, chilled and sociable and antisociable in equal amounts :)
We socialise, we check in with each other, we keep it clean and have plenty of spaces to retreat and recharge in life.
I’m in two minds about a tv in the lounge…I don’t watch it, see what we do with the space?
