The toilet and shower room are shared with another 2 flatmates (total)

a few minutes walk to natural reserve and the south downs

Furnished, has internet (I can remove the treadmill and exercise bike but not the massage chair)
free parking in the area
(on side of road, or you can get a permit for a parking space costing around £2 per week)
Communal garden

frequent bus routes running from 5am with last return from town after midnight, I think last one around 1am
(routes 1, 1A, 2, 22 etc)

The area is a quiet residential one with lovely views and walks close by.

Brighton general hospital is a 10 min walk away (there is a back route via a sidewalk)
The level is 25 min walk
Brighton Marina is 30 min walk
The pier is 40 mins walk

Staying with 2 quiet professionals who work at the hospital, wake up early and work a lot (this is not a party house, everyone tends to use earphones to not disturb).

I do not want the home environment to be disrupted so I am looking for a professional, mature individual, someone who is not a party animal, and is private, quiet, and respectful
