My flatmate is moving in with her partner so I am looking for someone to take her room in our lovely flat.
The flat is located on the Seven Dials and is a 10 minute walk from Brighton station. Shared living room and bathroom. There is also a shared space on the landing where you can have a desk/clothes rail/whatever you would like to use the space for! The room will be unfurnished☺️
I'm looking for a female professional to take out a new tenancy with me on the flat. The tenancy agreement is with a private landlady who is lovely
Flat has washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave and a big loft accessible by an extendable ladder.
The rent in £750 + bills which come to around £180
