Hello
I am looking for a roommate to move into the pictured bedroom (unfurnished) from April 19th, as my current flatmate will be moving out!
It’s a 2 bedroom flat in seven dials occupying the top 2 floors of a 3 story building, with myself and my boyfriend (both in our 20s, employed full time) occupying the other bedroom. Not pictured is a large living room, and a bathroom and kitchen.
5 minute walk from Brighton station and Churchill square, good bus links nearby and plenty of shops in walking distance.
Rent: £600 per person per month
Bills and council tax ~£150 per person per month
We are looking for someone who is also chill and tidy, small pets are also welcome!
