Small hallway with more storage.

The annex is fresh, clean, and newly refurbished. The outside space is usable, but we are still working on improvements.

Location:
Parking available, close to bus routes for central Brighton. Easy access to the University of Sussex.

Important:
Access to the annex is via steep and uneven steps and the ceiling heights are low, so it may not be suitable for everyone.

Who it suits:
We are looking for a single, professional person who works away from home and enjoys a peaceful environment. Not suitable for home-working.

One month's deposit plus a month's rent in advance. Two references will be required.
