Housemate wanted to join a cozy girly house

Hi all,

We are looking for a new housemate to take the third room in a house in Hanover from the 1st May!

We are really well located, with a number of pubs (one on every corner!), cafes and parks nearby. It’s roughly 15/20 minutes walks into the centre of town and kemptown is 10 minutes walk.

The house is super cosy and charming, located on a quiet street. We have a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The room is a spacious double facing the south with views of the garden.

You’ll be sharing with two great gals- Liv and Freya. We are 27 and 28.
We are looking for someone friendly and chill to suit the current vibe of the house. It’s a fun, social and respectful environment.

Liv - I’m 27 (will be 28 in April!) and have lived in Brighton since March! I work in a nursery with children. I love baking/ cooking, going out with friends to new restaurants or going to bars💖

Freya - I’m 28 and have lived in Brighton for four years. I work for a Children’s Charity. When I’m not working I’m often out meeting up with friends for coffee or cocktails. I’m also a foodie who loves trying new Brighton restaurants! 💖

The landlord required the following:

-A UK based guarantor
-permanent employment
-A salary of no less than £25,000 per annum

Rent: £566

Bills typically around £130. This includes WIFI, gas, electricity and council tax

Note also that there will be an initial for £85 for the new washing machine that the housemates collectively bought and had installed last January.
