Room in family home in Westdene

We're a 45 year old married couple in Westdene with a well-behaved 7yo daughter. Because there is a child in the house, we'd insist on a character reference, preferably a DBS check, and request that noise is kept low after 8pm

There is a double bed in the room, and a built-in wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms.

Bills included, though we'd appreciate either an additional monthy donation (or taking turns in shopping) to cover shared consumables (laundry detergent, cleaning products, tea/coffee etc)

We have a driveway and a garage for any excess storage you might have, and a south-facing garden. If you'd like to come over and check out the room and house, please get in touch.
