Hello,
I have a large double room (furnished or in furnished) to rent. The room comes with its own living room. Great from someone who wants more than just a room but doesn’t want the huge overheads of living alone.
The house is newly renovated and has a massive garden and is shared only with myself, 42 female and my lodger 24 female. I would love to live with somone who loves dogs as i have two very small ones.
The house is a chilled, calm, oasis so no party people please, just somone who is respectful and tidy.
The house is 2 mins from Preston Park Station so you can get into central Brighton in under 10mins! Or walk to the north laines in 35mins. Also there are direct trains to London. Preston Park is at the bottom of the street too!
Rent is £1050 a month, this includes all the bills and a cleaner.
