Large, unfurnished double bedroom with plenty of storage space available in two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage near Clarence Square (council tax band D).

Shared living/dining/kitchen area which is already furnished and includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. Shared bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet. The house also has a front garden and a back patio. Bills are paid separately from the rent and usually come to around £190-200 per month per person (water, energy, WiFi, council tax).

Current housemate: I’m a 32-year-old professional living and working in academic research in Brighton (part-time from home, part-time from the office). Hobbies include ceramics, music, swimming, yoga, travel, and hiking. This is a pretty easygoing house — I love to have friends around from time to time but also enjoy a quiet night in.
