Double room with en suite close to sea front

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a large, light, and recently refurbished 2-bedroom flat, ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the seafront between Brighton and Hove.

The flat features a spacious, fully furnished communal living room, a separate kitchen, and plenty of natural light throughout. The available bedroom is a great size and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. The current Tennant is open to selling the bed and mattress if you're interested, it was bought 1 year ago.

There’s also parking available with a permit, plus an outdoor storage cupboard that’s perfect for a bike if needed.

I’m a 30-year-old nurse working shifts. I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, relaxing in the evenings, and making the most of being so close to the sea — so it would be lovely to find someone who might be up for the occasional beach day or sea swim.

I’m looking for a female professional who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t currently have pets but would be open to them, subject to landlord approval.
