Cute Room to Rent Near the Beach

Me and my friend Ella are looking for a fun and friendly woman to take over my room in our cute Ground Floor Flat!
The flat is moments from the beach, near the I360 and is a 10 minute walk from Churchill Square.
Ella is a full time Receptionist, but loves to read books on the beach in her spare time. She also studied film and enjoys going to the ODEON to watch the latest films, or the gym (if she can find the energy!).
The room can fit a small double with space for a wardrobe. It has a window that overlooks our neighbours small patio. It has been well looked after and is a blank canvas for your interior wishes.
We have one communal bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a communal living area with high ceilings, large bay windows and space for any additional furniture that you desire. There is a communal kitchen with stove, oven, sink, washing machine, fridge and freezer if you like to cook or get a takeout with Ella!
If you are a fellow reader with an interest in the creative industries, then you will be the prefect flatmate for the lovely Ella. She is kind, chilled out, and loves to have nights to binge watch films (especially Hamilton).
