Studio with garden over summer months (bills Inc)

Hello,

I’m planning on going away for the summer and would love a lovely person to stay in my little studio flat and enjoy Brighton while I’m away. I’m not looking to make a profit, just to cover some bills and find someone who’ll be respectful of the neighbours around noise.

Ideally I’m looking for someone for the full summer (but can be flexible on this). The cost would be £950 per month including WiFi, water, council tax, electricity and gas (this cost includes a fixed amount to cover electric and gas, I would need to monitor this and and charge more depending on use, but as it’s summer it should stay reasonable). I’d keep all bills inc council tax in my name for ease.

The flat is about a 15-minute walk from both Brighton and Preston Park stations, a 10-minute walk to Seven Dials, and around 25 minutes to the beach. It’s north-east facing, so it gets lovely morning light and then sun in the small back garden in the afternoon. The neighbours are really friendly and considerate around noise, so it’s important that whoever stays is mindful of that too. There is plenty of street parking but a permit is required.

I can leave the flat fully or partly furnished. The bed, chest of drawers and sofa would stay, but I’m flexible on the desk and smaller pieces of furniture.
