Double Room on Lewes Road 585£

Hello!
One of my current flatmates is moving back in with his parents, so we have a double room available. It’s spacious, in a great location, and very affordable for what it offers. We also have our own garden, and we’re planning to get some furniture for it this summer to enjoy the space :)
I’m Aybike, 26, and currently working at an ice cream shop. My other flatmates are filmmakers and UN workers. I’ve lived with both of them for two years and we get along really well. We enjoy spending time together (movies, board games, pubs, etc.), i'd say we have a good balance between socialising and personal space.
The move-in date is the 26th of May, so we’re ideally looking for someone who can move in within about a month. We’d love to find someone ideally with similar interests that we can be friends with, that is clean, and can become a part of the household :)
We’re also looking for someone whose lifestyle matches ours: this isn’t a party house so we prefer someone that is respectful of the home environment.
All the furniture in the house belongs to us, and the room itself will be unfurnished. Bills come to around £100 per month, and we each take responsibility for one bill.
