The house is located on Hartington Road, a 25 minute walk from the centre of town with reliable bus service stopping just outside. It has a communal kitchen, sitting room and garden, as well as two bathrooms. The room itself is spacious with plenty of light and has a small double bed.
We're looking for a friendly and easy-going housemate, who is respectful of boundaries and willing to help keep the communal areas tidy. Ideally, the new housemate will be relatively social, but understand this is not a 'party house' - we have the odd house pub trip, campfires in the garden and just general chatter in the shared spaces. We're only considering young professionals or mature graduate students over the age of 25.
The room is available from the 26th May. Bills are not included. Please note that the initially tenancy for the house is up for renewal in September, with renewal subject to discussions with the other housemates.
