The room is spacious & recently repainted! It’s on the front of the house, has hardwood flooring & gets lots of sunlight 🌞 It has a beautiful fireplace & built in shelving on the walls which adds a great bit of character to it!

The house consists of a large open plan kitchen & living room ( which all comes furnished) a cute garden, which needs a bit of tlc but it’s such a rarity to have your own outdoor space in brighton so we’re grateful either way! 🌱 There is a huge bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and toilet. There is also another smaller toilet downstairs in the lounge area. There is also a small conservatory area which is good for bike and tent storage! 🚲
