Double room available in Sussex Heights above the Hilton Hotel for gay male 25+. Stunning views. I own the flat and wants a responsible professional to share with.

Flat is on near the top of the block facing east with amazing views. Has gas central heating, Cable, etc etc Dishwasher is coming soon! The flat has a porter and caretaker who live in the building. If you are a party animal, it won't work out, as noise problems are dealt with swiftly. I do entertain a lot but not in the early hours or post club parties :-)

I go clubbing occasionally but mostly do bars and resturants at the week and theatre in London. You should be a professional work Mon to Fri, be clean and tidy and be social with a sense of humour. I will often have folk to stay from London. I am a early riser about 6. 30am each day for work.

Finally I am the landlord and have been for quite some time rented rooms in my apartments. I do like whoever lives here to feel it their home also and that you are not just a lodger :-) If you are the type that wants your own food press, washing powder, etc etc then I probably wouldn't be a good match for you. When I have people to dinner etc etc, you'll always be invited.

Smokers - there is a massive balcony. I have one or two at the weekend.
