Double bedroom in central flat! Sea views!

It's a small room but you can still fit a double bed!

Turns out we now have a room available from the 15th of april!

One double bedroom for 360/month.

We are a group of young professionals, one girl and two guys who are looking for someone to join our home just by the clock tower on central North street!!

This is a gay friendly home!!

We are all friends in the flat, we like to have a nice chat in the kitchen/living room, have dinner and a movie or have a few at the pub, but we also respect each others need for space.
This is not a party house!

We have two bathrooms a good sized kitchen with a sofa and sea views :) and a roof terrace.
We are looking for someone tidy and social with a good sense of humor.
Good english is a must due to former communication issues we've had regarding bills.
NO students!
Room is unfurnished apart from a double bed that's for sale. But it's optional.

To the boring part,
Rent is 360/month bills NOT included.
bills (electricity, council tax and wifi and water) come to around 100/month per person, (can go up during winter due to higher electricity bill)

Deposit 400
there will also be a £200 agency fee and a £75 reference fee.
