Double room (with en-suite) available in 3 bedroom apartment, in very central location next to Brighton Station/North Laine.

We're looking for a down to earth young professional. We're after a chilled out type person. English-speaking, non-smoker & no pets (sorry).

• Located in a Modern-build apartment complex, the double room comes fully furnished
• The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink
• Very central location, the apartment is a 2 minute walk away from Brighton Station and North Laine
• Easy access to amenities: Sainsburys situated at the bottom of the complex, Aldi a 2 minute walk away on London Road, Fitness First/LA Fitness a 5 minute walk away
• The apartment has two balconies & access to a shared roof terrace
• (Passcode-protected) Bike Storage area available to complex residents
• Large open plan kitchen/living room area, where the kitchen is fitted with utilities such as a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher & whatnot
• Just as an FYI - there is no dedicated parking space for flatmates
• Also, not suitable for students - due to council tax commitments

About Us (Current Flatmates)
• Two male young professionals, in our 20s
• Both very sporty, spend a decent amount of time outside of work keeping fit one way or another
• Both very laid back, like to have a good time
• At the same time, we like to ensure the flat is kept in a good state

The room will become available from Mon 7th September.

The apartment would suit a similar young professional who is laid back/doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Monthly bills normally come to about £100. This includes –
