Immediate Room For Rent- From Now-September

I'm moving out of my house to Bristol, and need someone to live in my room until September!
The room is a single room in a lovely student house with three other finial year students. It's a furnished room, and the house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden, parking area, utilities etc
The room is 92 pounds a week, with extra bills on top- the amount varies depending on month.
It's a few minutes walk from shops, Falmer train station and Sussex University. It is also right next to a bus stop which takes you to the sea/town centre in under 15 minutes.
The other students are clean, quiet, fun females who study humanities subjects. They'll all be graduated by June, so the house should be pretty relaxed!

A little heads up also, the other flatmates aren't there that much (all having left for the summer) so you might be by yourself quite a lot.
