Friendly female wanted for cosy sociable house

We are looking for a fun friendly female to come and live with us in our cosy house in a great location.
You would be sharing with myself, my boyfriend, another male and a girl who has just moved in so whether you know people in Brighton or are looking to make friends then this is a great house to be in as we all have our own group of friends however are up for meeting new people too.

Although there are 5 of us in the house its a large spacious house so never feels crowded, we are are either all out doing are own thing but when we are in the house together we mostly sit watching hollyoaks (the boys say they don't love it, they do), eating dinner together and catching up over a glass of wine or two.

The house itself has a great sized open plan living room and kitchen where we've hosted many a dinner parties and the garden is great for summer bbqs.
Looking for someone sociable but also likes a bit of quiet time, ie. not a party animal, and doesn't mind helping keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.

It's a 30 second walk from lewes road so great bus links to town if you are feeling lazy. Otherwise a 10minute walk to the start of the lines. Co-op just round the corner. Great pubs near by. The main station is only a 15 minute walk away or London Road station is even closer.

The room comes with a double bed, inbuilt large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and loads of shelves. Unfortunately we can not remove any of the furniture.
