Looking for professional to rent large modern double bedroom in a friendly laid back, clean & tidy 2 bedroom house.
Were both nurses & good friends, I'm going travelling for 2 months so will be renting my room out. Andy is who you'd be living with & he's the kind of person who everyone gets on with we have a right laugh.
The house is located on a quiet road with free parking and easy bus access to central Brighton, Brighton university, the RSCH, marina & more.
25min walk from town centre and royal sussex county hospital
20minute walk to train station
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table & patio garden & fully furnished large modern lounge with large flatscreen TV.
Bedroom is fully furnished, large double bed, lots of storage space, x2 drawers & wardrobe, 32in smart TV with netflix, ITV & BBC iplayer etc included.
We have 2 well behaved & lovely cats Billy & Bella and a recent addition due to Bella becoming pregnant kitten Tilly who is adorable & very clean.
Rent is £550 per month which includes all utility bills, council tax and high speed wireless broadband.
