The location is excellent, 12 min walk to station, brighton centre and the seafront. Local shops and very good restaurants, pubs, cash point. The house is well decorated and very friendly. Everyone is working so we value a quite house at night. The room can also be available Sunday to Thursday at a rate of £420 per month.
