Luxury fully fitted kitchen diner with built in appliances and bathroom with additional separate downstairs cloakroom..
Bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe , plus chest of draws, and plenty of room for a desk, having 180 degree views with a modern bathroom next door shared with only one other person.
The property is set in a large fully enclosed landscaped gardens with fruit trees ,grape vine with a brand new patio area, with table and chairs. The garden comes to life at night with its many colourful solar lights.
There is also a large shared dining lounge. I work as a property developer locally, so not always around. I do have a dachshund puppy who is very friendly and pretty lively.
I am looking for a professional, SOCIABLE, friendly tenants in full time employment, who is willing to give a hand around the home
