Double room avaliable from the 13th March in a large beautiful house.
Our house has a garage and unsually large garden for Brighton with a lovely hammock enjoyed by everyone.
We are only 2 minutes from London Road Station and 7 minutes walk from Brighton train station.
There are 2 females and 1 male living here ages from 25-45 all working full time, but do have a life after work and enjoy cooking meals for each other occasionally as well as doing our own thing, and most of us are out all weekend.
We have a 13 year old dopey labrador that loves everyone.. So we welcome other dogs.
The room size is about 15ft by 14ft decorated in french shabby chic which all furniture included, however there is some space if you wish to put your own.
There is a decent size shower room and a bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms.
All bills are included.
