...I am looking for a Male or Female ideally aged between 25-50+ to move into a very large part furnished, king size room. In a newly built, modern, clean, bright and spacious flat, which is in the very heart of Brighton – Kemptown.
• The room is available from the week commencing 9th March.
• Rent is £150 per week: This includes ALL the bills, council tax, Internet,
water, heating and electricity.
• Ideally, i'm looking for someone who will stay until 11TH/12th April
• Minimum 2weeks - so doesn't need to be a whole month.
• No agency or hidden fees required - Deposit will be discussed.
• SORRY NO COUPLES, STUDENTS or PETS!
FACTS ABOUT THE FLAT...
The room is very large, bright and spacious. It is part furnished, coming with a king size bed, a big double wardrobe and other storage items.
The flat is a new build, so it is modern, very bright, clean, fresh and extremely spacious! It is on the first floor with a big open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer. Other communal spaces include a large balcony (which is a sun trap!) and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The flat is south facing and has lots of floor to ceiling windows which means it is bright all of the day and provides some great views! You can even see the sea and it is great for those who enjoy people watching too.

My name is Ben. I am a secondary school teacher. I am very sociable, creative, clean, easy going, chilled out and I am looking for a likeminded person. I enjoy the usual things most people like, cooking, reading, and watching TV/Films. I love to laugh and be sociable. I’m not a massive party animal necessarily in the week, but I do like to have a drink at the weekends!
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
- Male or female aged 25-50+
- Full-time, working professional (Ideally no shift workers)
- Someone who is respectful of the flat and cleans up after themselves!
ALSO . even though this is just for one month. Ideally, I would like to live with someone who is sociable, someone who I can chill and have a laugh with, more of a friend and not a just flatmate who stays in their room! I’m always open to expand my friendship group; it would be nice for my friends to become friends with my flat mate. But this is not an expectation!
I also really want to live someone who is also respectful clean, and tidy!
