Bedroom is next to main bathroom that is shared with one extremely clean male tenant.

This is a four storey building with two bedrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and a large lounge/diner and kitchen on the ground floor. The top floor is a shared space with a large roof terrace.

Every bedroom has access to fibre-optic broadband.
The kitchen is shared but we provide two fridge/freezers.

The house is in good condition and clean and has the services of a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

The house is situated in the New England Quarter and is literally 3 minutes walk to the mainline station. 50metres from a large Sainsburys, Subway shop and cafes. The North Laines are ten minutes walk.
