There is a double room that’s become available in a nice house just off Elm Grove. The room faces the garden, which is quiet, and the house has easy access to unis, the hospital and the town centre on foot. It is more of a relaxed professional's house rather than a party one.

ABOUT US
There is a living-in landlord (me), but it is rather chilled. I work from home during the day time on a start-up project in healthcare and I am often out in the evenings. There are another 2 tenants, one working as a Data Analyst and another one who has an office job and is into dancing. In the evenings we are often out.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 month deposit required
* Given that we already work from home on the daytime, it might suit better someone working in a 9 to 5 job outside.
* Preferably over 30, or Phd if a student
