We have one double room available mid June for £478.50 per calendar month in Brighton's North Laines. The 3 story property is located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Brighton train station.

Our communal kitchen is bright and airy, offering ample space to prep food, along with an open plan living area.

Ideally looking for a female aged 26+ to share with two other girlies in our late twenties.

Abit about us -

Christina is a nurse who enjoys tennis, swimming and has quite the eye for a good flower arrangement in our garden.

Sarah (me) I work in hospitality management in the lanes, love exploring new places, beach, mountain, countryside you name it, and a glass of fizz after a long day never goes amiss.
Definitely prefer a good pub to clubbing nowadays too!

Bills are additional to rent, and average at £85 per month. With the exception of a water bill every 6 months, all payments are due monthly; rent, Internet, council tax, gas & electricity.

The house shares a bathroom with a big shower, plus a washing machine and space in the back yard to hang clothes and lounge in the lovely Brighton sunshine.
