Hello,
I have a small double room to rent from 17 October. The flat is based in Seven Dials, less than 10 minutes walking from the train station and 5-10 mins walking from Co-op, Waitrose, Taj and the seafront.
The flat has a washing machine and a modern kitchen.
I'm a friendly and sociable person, who likes to hang out but also respects others boundaries as we live our own lives. I'm a professional normally working in London but at the moment I work from home (until at least January 2021)
I'm looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful and like his/her own space. I work during the day, and are about in the evenings to chill out with something on Netflix, cooking or reading books.
The rent is £460 per month with bills on top, approximately £140. The deposit is £712.50. Reference check is required by my landlord.
The room is unfurnished and looks onto the park, as shown on the photo.
I look forward to hearing from you and happy to show around. Please drop me an email and write a bit about yourself.
