Peaceful Double room available - MON-FRI

Double bed, king size duvet, 100% cotton bedding.

I have a fully furnished double room at the back of the house which is super quiet and cosy. My home is a 2bed house on top of a hill nr the race course in Brighton, it has amazing views and walkable into town. There are 3 bus routes here no's: 2, 21 and 18.

My house is equipped with all modern facilities and of course WiFi, I also have a cleaner who comes every week.
I am essentially looking for a professional that is based here for work and needs somewhere during the week with their main home elsewhere.
I sometimes use the room at weekends when I have friends or family to visit and this is why it is available mon-fri only. The occasional weekend can be considered so don't be put off.

I share my home with a quiet cat and it is a quiet place to live during the week.
I have a large sunny garden which is great to for relaxing in the sun.
I have previously let out my home with Airbnb and it has been described as stylish and cosy.
