Bright spacious double room

I have a spacious bright double room to rent in a quiet road in Preston Park. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, bedside table, huge wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, armchair, table and chair. The room faces gardens with frequent bird, squirrel and fox visitors.
There is a room for your bike as well but unfortunately no shared living room. However, there is a tv antenna cable in the room if you wish to watch telly.
The location is ideal for commuters as Preston Park station with direct links to Brighton and London is only 8 minutes walking distance. Bus stops for the 5, 5A into the town centre and a few metro buses to Sussex County hospital/Town centre as well as National Express coaches are just 3 minutes walk from the flat. Across the road we have a Sainsbury's local, a Costa coffee as well as a newsagent and a few other small shops. Preston Park is 5 minutes walk away, London Road with its shops about 15 minutes walking distance.
I am looking for a professional in full-time employment (sorry, no students or couples), quiet, considerate, clean and tidy flatmate, who tidies up after themselves and keeps the place in a good condition. You must be willing to share the cleaning duty, which means it will be your turn to clean the kitchen and bathroom once a fortnight. You must be non-smoker/vaper and ideally vegan, but vegetarian would be okay as well. Sorry, no meat or fish-eater please. Small pets are allowed but no dogs or cats.
Rent will be £500 per month, bills included.
A bit about me: I am a teacher and consequently working long hours during the week. After work I usually go swimming about four times a week. When I get home I just want to enjoy a quiet hour to wind down before bedtime. I am quiet, easy going and definitely not a party person. Message me for more information or if you have any questions.
