Double Room With Ensuite To Rent In Hove

As our housemate is sadly leaving us to relocate a large double room is available to rent in our house.

It's a four bed house and this is the basement room so it's private from the rest of the house. It's got its own bathroom too which is only used by that room. The rest of the housemates are on th first floor - you would be living with Georgie, 26, Mission designer (Games), Cesca, 28, marketing for sports events and Ted, 26, Barber. Cesca and Georgie are sisters and Ted is a pal.

The rest of the house is really spacious. Kitchen leads into a back yard (which was a perfect lockdown workout zone) and there's a big sitting room/dinning room open plan area.

Bills are 94.25£ a month which includes everything.

It's a rolling contract and deposit is 600£ to be paid to the leaving housemate (we do it this way because the landlord let's us pick new tenants and just holds the overall deposit which everyone will get back at some point when we leave, it's in a tenancy deposit scheme)

NO PARKING (huge waiting list as we're centre of town)

Room is UNFURNISHED and note the stairs are quite tricky to get furniture down

Also Cesca's boyfriend's dog comes round a bit so probably not ideal if you hate dogs/have an allergy! But great if you like them 😊
