Large double bedroom with own kitchen & bathroom

A large, cosy and comfortable double bedroom/living room on the lower floor of our Victorian house (all Bills Included).

The room is fully furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs, a very comfortable double futon and fitted cupboard for your things. With a wood burning stove too.
You will have your own kitchen and bathroom on the same floor, as well as your own front door to access your space. This means that the ground floor is mainly for you, with the washing machine (in the utility area) and the back door accessing the garden being shared with us.
We have a south facing garden with an apple tree and garden furniture which you would be welcome to use.
There are plenty of independent shops and cafes very nearby and we are less than 10 minutes walk from London Road station, one stop from Brighton Station, and there are regular buses from the end of the road into central Brighton and down to the seafront.
We are a friendly family of four; me and my wife Kelly and our two children aged 12 and 11. I am a stone carver/sculptor, Kelly works part time as a nurse.
We have three friendly outdoor cats.
Given the layout of the house you would have the lower floor to yourself and plenty of space as we would generally be upstairs.
