It's a 12min drive from the flat to the Dungeness Powerstation so it's ideal for anyone contracted there.

About Camber and location of the flat -

The flat is very close to the beach so it's great for finding some peace and quiet after work and having a sunset walk... the sunsets are really beautiful.

Camber great for kitesurfing, windsurfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding if you like being out on the water.

There are a few shops on the main street, one even runs 7am-11pm so you can pick up the basics, even enough to make a meal if you are pushed for time and haven't had chance to do a food shop.

Buses run frequently into Rye and you can hop on a bus or train from Rye if you're going further.

If you're after a bit more flexibility, a car can be useful.

A Local kitesurfing centre manager, working most days if not probably kitesurfing or doing something fun.

Looking for -

Someone that is tidy and fun to be around with, ideally willing to stay over winter. No couples or people on benefits, only professionals, please.
