Double Room to rent in flat would suit builder

I have a room to rent in a flat in the countryside that is 10 minutes drive to Lewes and 25 minutes to Brighton.
Trains run from Lewes to Brighton and to London.

It does need decorating and not as homely as other adverts so I am offering reduced rent until I get it sorted.

When it is looking nice, the rent won’t go up much for the room, I am just using the rent a room scheme for cost of living.

Males are preferred but open, however I can only do Monday to Friday with occasional weekends if planned in advanced. If a builder / professional and they need to stay the occasional Friday night due to travel, then I will work with you around this. Please see room as predominantly Monday to Friday let.

I’m open to short term and longer term. It may suit a builder working in area looking for cheap digs.

There is a country pub that is walking distance and we have Lewes and Brighton for many things to do when not working.

I’m asking for £80 a week Monday to Friday.
Occasional stay at weekends is possible if spoken about and planned ahead.

£100 a week Monday to Friday but it will be a while before it is done. Ideally, would suit builder looking for cheap digs.

I work away a lot and would hardly be there.

I would definitely need to chat with you to see if the room is suitable for you.

The place is furnished but is in need of decorating.

If I was to consider more than one sharing the room then I would ask for extra £40 a week for extra person.
