I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from July 2020 (move in dates are very flexible) to 5th of September. Perfect for international students, summer school students or anyone who wants to stay in Brighton over the summer. The room is self-catered with a private ensuite in student accommodation situation in The Hub, Varley Park. The room is £150 a week (but I am happy to negotiate) this includes access to communal kitchen and use of all appliances, £5,000 contents insurance, including all bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband), cleaning of communal areas, 24/7 staff cover and access to the gym downstairs.
Most of the other tenants will have moved out by July so it is very likely you will have the property to yourself.
