I’m not sure if that would interest anyone, but I have an unfurnished room available from 25th October for a month in an newly refurbished empty house…. It has a washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker, kitchen, bathroom and carpeted. If anyone needs a roof over their head for the next 3-4 weeks then let me know. It’s close to the university’s so would be ideal for a student. Rent would usually be £550 per month, but as it’s in an empty house I’m open to hearing any offers. You must be clean and tidy and respect the property.
