Lovely double room available in a sunny house in Coldean.
We are a queer household and looking for likeminded people ! :)
The room is large and on the ground floor near the entrance, with quite a lot of privacy. Its got a lot of storage and a lovely double bed.
Our house has got a lovely garden and terrace, a lot of sharing spaces and a big conservatry that we use for art. There are two shared bathrooms.
We are professionals who like a peaceful and calm envrionment, but we like to hang out and organise activities together.
There is a drive to park a small car as well as free on street parking.
We like a clean house and all qshare the load !
