Lovely double room in family home very close to Sussex university and bus routes into city centre. Wifi Tv points in the bedroom. The room is in the attic and quite private from the rest of the house with ensuite shower and toilet.
Share kitchen and/diner. Nice garden and patio.
I live here (I am 59 ) with one person (30 male)who lives in the annex so not really in the house. We like to cook and socialise sometimes but also away quite a lot so needs to be someone quite independent. Very near to Sussex University and Brighton Uni. Good bus service and near to bus stops. Free Parking.
