All bills included. Large communal kitchen and garden. No communal living room but the room itself is spacious. Off road parking. We’d prefer an early rising non-smoking female professional who is out daytimes, likes kids and doesn’t mind some family noise and chaos, as we have two young children and work from home!
NB we’ve taken out of the chest of drawers (there is loads of built-in clothes storage) and have put in a small desk in its place.
