Looking for a professional, tidy, clean and easy going person to occupy a room in my co-owned house. The house is recently build (2020), about 5mins walk to a local sainsburys and 10mins to Crowborough train station (50mins train to London)
The room is furnished with a double mattress and wardrobe, and it is an ensuite. The property has 2 allocated car parks, infront of the house. Furnished with a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and WiFi.
The other co-owner does not stay there, but pops in once a while.
