This is a one bedroom flat to rent, not a shared flat.
It is £800pm, not including bills. Large double room, large lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Lovely light flat with lots of windows. There are stairs, as this is an upstairs flat. We are on crowborough Cross, opposite the bus stop. A very quiet building to live in.
Will accept benefits, but we ask for a direct rent payment to landlord.
It has just had new carpets and painted. Will be ready to let as of 29th October.
We require a landlord reference, right to rent check and a months deposit and rent to start tenancy.
