Room available in a relaxed, friendly home, with myself a working mum, 20 yr old working son and a super soppy, friendly labrador. Our home it's a very quiet, calm household.

We are a 10 minute walk from the high street and bus stops to Tunbridge Wells/Brighton. There is parking available

Bills included, wi-fi. We are on a water meter (like most Crowborough residents)so I do ask for water not to be wasted. All the loos have short flush buttons!

More than welcome to use the garden in the summer, I'm usually to be found in there also! Although I do state no shared living room, obviously the dining table is fully shared, which is in the living room. I also wouldnt mind occasional use of living room, but I do need my own space too as I'm sure you do too.

I have had exchange students for 3 years now so I'm used to sharing my home.
My students have always baked cakes etc whilst with me so if yr a bake off fan then feel free!
Wardrobe can be placed in room once let as bureau can be removed.
