A one bedroomed, unfurnished, self-contained flat on the ground floor of my house. It has a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen and a small patio and garden to the front. It's very quiet, with views over fields and the house is on the edge of an RSPB woodland reserve. There is parking to the front of the house although it's not private.
The mainline railway station is just under 10 minutes’ walk and has a regular service to Hastings (12 minutes), Battle (4 mins) and London bridge / Charing Cross. The house backs onto an RSPB nature reserve woodland and country walks.

This would suit a single professional person who appreciates a quiet household in a peaceful setting.
